Gallery and Estate House at the Visual Arts Center

Set at the 138-acre Mildred Morse Allen Wildlife Sanctuary, the Visual Arts Center offers several elegant options to accommodate your facility needs: The Gallery is an open, bright and airy space where the main floor and mezzanine display changing art exhibits in a climate-controlled setting. Also available are several rooms in the beautiful estate house.

Types of Functions: Parties and meetings

Maximum Capacity: Gallery–50 people; Estate House–40 people

Availability: Year-round

Rates: Base fee for 4-hour rental is $350 for the Estate House, $450 for the Gallery. Additional fees may be required depending on the event. Please contact the Visual Arts Center for more information.

Food Storage/Prep: Limited kitchen facilities

Parking: Onsite parking available

A/V Equipment: TV monitor, with VCR, slide projector, digital projector, screen

Additional Amenities: If an event is held in the Estate House during hours when the Gallery is open to the public, event guests receive complimentary admission to the Gallery.

Please note: No smoking in the building. Alcoholic beverages may be served provided a liability waiver and insurance rider are secured prior to the event. Visual Arts Center staff member must be on duty. All activity is restricted to scheduled room(s).
